Mike Farrell, President – Mike has worked for 38years in the IT industry as a Business Analyst and Project Manager. In addition to working at Fatherville and at his full-time IT career, Mike also enjoys spending time with his family. Mike is passionate about fatherhood and promoting the important role that dads should have in their kids lives. Mike has been married 30 years. He and his wife have three children. Mike also enjoys serving in his community and his church. Mike received his B.A. from Boise State University in Secondary Ed, English.

Dr. Jeff Pease, Asst Treasurer – – Jeff is owner and Doctor at Pease Family Chiropractic for the past 20 years. Jeff has been married to his wonderful wife, Debi, for over 25 years. He and his wife have three children, a son (21), a daughter (18), and a son (7). In his spare time, Jeff enjoys spending quality time with his family, as well as fishing, camping, and playing music. Jeff has been heavily involved with coaching youth sports and enjoys being a mentor to the children who may not have a father figure or male influence in their life. Jeff also plays drums for the worship team at Faith Community Bible Church. Jeff attended Boise State University and received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic.

Chris Cannon, Board Member – Chris has authored several books and is a bestselling author and creator of “The Manhood Model” He desires to transform today’s young men into tomorrow’s leaders and he trains adult men nationally on how to actually make this dream a reality!

Chris’ work has been featured internationally and frequently quoted by industry experts. As a committed husband and father with a strong belief in investing in people, he draws this strength from his family.

Chris graduated from Eastern Michigan University.

Dr. Archie Wortham

Dr. Archie Wortham, Board Member, “Ex Officio” – Archie was a sharecropper, part Cherokee Indian, retired military, PhD and college professor.  Archie has been married for 31 years is also father of two adult sons. He has been writing about men’s issues, parenting and education since he won his first Freedom’s Foundation award in 1968.

Archie is a graduate of both UT’s [Knoxville, Tennessee ’73 & 76, and Austin,Texas ’05] he is a sought after speaker throughout the country.
