New Dads

How does a man make the transition into fatherhood? It's a great mystery to many men. Until fairly recently, men hadn't talked much about how to successfully navigate these waters; even today, they have very few role models. When you add that to all the changes fatherhood brings, life as a new dad can seem pretty overwhelming -- especially if you think you have to face the changes and issues by yourself.

The good news is, you're not alone. Becoming a parent takes a little bit of getting used to -- for you as well as your spouse. You'll probably feel that as you both try to take care of everything, it's often hard to even find time to talk to each other. And sometimes you may discover you could use another sounding board. We all do.

What follows on this page are number of articles written by new dads. Many of them experiencing the reality that life for them is about to change. What they write comes from their heart. Read through the various articles and see if maybe there isn't something here for you.
